World Water Day Water Walk

Join us and High Park Nature Centre to celebrate World Water Day with a Water walk led by Grandmother Vivian Recollet, Bigasohn Kwe, Turtle Clan from Wikwemikong Unceded First Nation, Ojibway Nation.

In the words of our grandmother Josephine Mandamin baa “speak to the water spirits so there will be healthy rivers, lakes & oceans for our ancestors & generations to come“ 

This event will start with Ceremony with Singing and Drumming and then we will Sing and Walk along Wendigo Creek. 

IMPORTANT
This gathering will be held outdoors and will include a walk on uneven trails.  Please dress according to the weather. Also be aware, High Park is closed to all vehicles on weekends.
